Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Tony has worked as an Executive Search and Management Consultant for over 20 years. He mainly advised businesses and managers on achieving organizational objectives, identifying new opportunities and implementing change. He has also worked in the advertising industry helping clients build meaningful and lasting relationships for businesses, brands and consumers.

Being a firm believer, that “change” is the only constant he has worked closely with management teams of Fortune 500 corporations in understanding human motivations and developing influence of behavior.

Tony has lived in North & South America, Europe and the Caribbean, a diverse environment that has added greatly to his adaptability in both his personal and professional life.

A continuous scholar of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuroscience, he has attended both Concordia University and Deree College and holds a degree in Management and B.Sc. in Organizational Behavior from the latter.  He is a Certified Master Practitioner and Master Coach of NLP / Certified Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™ / Certified Practitioner in Hypnotherapy and a Certified Practitioner of HBDI®.

On his spare time, he holds an active lifestyle in sports and enjoys listening to his audio programs or reading books. Music just happens to accompany him in everything he does.
